SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

United States

• Processing time: 2–5 business days
• Shipping time: 2–5 business days
• Total estimated delivery: 4–10 business days

International Orders

• Shipping time: 7–21 business days
• Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–72 hours.

Delays
Lotyet is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events outside of our control.
